Identical, super easy swap incredible value if you have courage to get your hands dirty and much better than buying a cheap made in China starter. Make sure you do a good clean throughout the starter housing once open, lime the rotor windings and grease the bearings.

Does fit it does Mount up bracket wise however the placement of the negative brush is on the opposite side of where it needs to be for a 1993 Honda Nighthawk CB750 therefore causing the starter to spin backwards and not engage the starter clutch in the motor to turn it over however it is in the list specifications as a fitting part their list says 91 to 95 CB 750 Honda Nighthawk this bracket is a left-handed bracket therefore spins in the opposite direction that it needs to spin and it does not engage the motor correctly you need a right-handed brush set for a 750 CB Nighthawk between 91 and 95 so the negative polarity brush needs to be on the opposite side of what the positive polarity brush is on this part as shown in the picture and actual piece that you get shipped other than that if you need a left-handed brush that it does seem to be a functional working brush that just does not spin the proper way as advertised for my purposes
