All tubes were in perfect condition and there was the correct number of snug-fitting caps. They arrived very quickly.

I previously gave these five stars, but I am reducing to four. The tubes are sturdy enough, but the inside dimension is 1/8" shorter than the advertised 36" (the tube is 36-7/8" long, the end caps are 1/2" long, which leaves 35-7/8" for your item). Our posters are 35-15/16" long (i.e., still less than 36") and get damaged by the end caps. I am now buying "BOX USA BP3036K Mailing Tubes with Caps, 3" x 36", Kraft (Pack of 24)" which have an inside dimension of 36-1/4". The Box USA tubes are brown, so not quite as attractive, but they weigh 6.8 oz (241 g) versus 8.3 oz (292 g). In our cause, that lets us ship the item as 1 lb versus 1.2. The Box USA tubes are also less expensive.
