This is my fourth purchase of these tubes in last four years. Quality is great and has been consistent over the years. End caps snap into place easily & stay secure. Previous years I would apply packaging tape over end caps. However, this year I did not feel the need to, as the caps felt security in place. Tip: 1) Lay cap on hard floor surface in direction that it needs inserted into tube; 2) Push tube firmly onto cap; 3) Cap snaps nicely into place.

Actually a little longer than stated allowing a 42" wide poster to fit inside w end caps attached.
