Input voltage 3-32V DC

Load voltage 24-380V AC

Load current 25Amp

25A 3-32V DC to AC solid state relay (SSR) features high structural strength, good impact resistance, and strong shock resistance. The SSR offers a reliable switching the commercial and industrial loads, such as computer peripheral interface device, printing machine, molding machine, food machine, packaging machine, and so on.

  • Built in RC absorption
  • Photoelectric isolation
  • SCR output
  • LED indicator for operation status
  • Panel mount
  • Zero-crossing switch type
  • UL Approved, CE Compliant to EN60950-1

Note:

* When the load current is higher than 10A, a heat sink must be installed to the solid state relay, or the SSR relay should be mounted on a metal base plate with heat dissipation effect, and the thermal grease is applied between them.

* When the load current is 40A or more, a fan cooling radiator or water cooling radiator must be equipped.

* Heat sink is included.

During a camping trip in 98°F heat, our relay malfunctioned, causing the air conditioner to fail. Replacing the relay completely resolved the issue. Two years have passed since the replacement with no recurrence. Installation was straightforward, taking approximately 20 minutes to complete.

Junk, shows load but won't push a 20w fan

Worked well in the beginning. After a couple months it started acting erratically. I have this hooked into a 120V circuit to control a small motor. Now when it switches on it does not always open immediately and then does not let more than 70-80V through even though there is 119-120V in. There is a constant 12V across the AC terminals when the DC side is turned off. Throwing in the trash bin. As others have said, you get what you pay for...

Been using it almost 20hrs a day for over a month to power on and off my 1000w AC bed heater on my 3D printer. Mounted it using the included heat sink and it's not even warm after a long print at 100c bed temp. I connected the DC straight to my octopus pro control board. The AC is connected straight to a current protected AC power strip tthrough a 120c thermal fuse just in case.

Nice ssr. Relays do go bad; I have two old ones neither was working so I had to buy a new one. I like this one because of the red led when the circuit is working and the load is applied. My old ones didn’t have that and I had to use a volt meter to figure out what was going on. Not hard to do but one more thing.

I liked that fact that it worked: Receives a 12 volt low power remote signal to turn on another higher power12 volt supply driving a lighted warning light and a horn...for an intrusion alarm. Works great.

Tested with a 9 volt battery attached to DC input side and the light did not come on. Checked the conductivity on the AC output side which showed that the relay did not create a connection.
