Fixed the broken original shifter, these are just a bad design and break from use. All my bikes with shimano are rock solid but had to install this to repair a family members bike.

My wife's 2010 Trek Madone 4.7 uses the SRAM Rival drive system. We are getting ready for our first century ride of the season and while riding on her Tacx Neo she suddenly couldn't shift gears. After some looking, I found this shifter and it is factory new and super easy to swap out. It took me longer to undo the handlebar tape and tape it back up than to swap the shifter and cables. Her bike is back in aciton.

Good feel and crisp shifting. Allows you to double gear shift too. Feels a bit weird not having matching left brake lever since I have a 1x system with no front derailleur. But ill live with the odd couple.

Product got later than schedule. I'm in Australia.Shifters came with all cables and outer cables. Outer cables are black, my Pinarello FP Duo has them red, no big deal.Took it to the workshop, they imstalled them nice and easily. Did not require new bar tape.I replaced the old one as I had hit a metal fence that broke the body of the shifter. This new one took me back to when the bike was brand new.Shifting up and down is back to being smooth.

This was a replacement to fix a broken 4 year old shift lever. The kit included all cables and cable guide sheaths, guide end caps, cable end caps, and cable anti vibration o-rings. Easy to install and adjust if you've spent a bit of time around bicycles.

After SRAM refused to replace the shifter because the bike was too old (3 years), though the failure was due to a well-known manufacturing defect (the part holding the pivoting shaft), I bought this shifter which came in just two days! Installation is pretty simple for anybody handy. I love this shifter, but all my other bikes are Shimanos with their shifters still working properly,even on my 20 year-old 105. Hopefully, SRAM improved their reliability.

Bought to replace a broken part on a second-hand bike. Performs well, the double tap system is easy to use. Very happy with this purchase.
