For the life of me I couldn't get used to the factory OEM Eagle trigger shifter. Had a twist grip on old Pro-Flex that got me hooked on the ease of shifting during climbs and dumping the cassette in a snap after cresting the hill. This kit came with EVERYTHING needed to replace factory shifter (except the crimp on cable end). Twist grip shifter, new cable, matching bar grips for both sides and bar end caps. Finding install instructions was a task but it's pretty darn easy. I do suggest you go to "Park Tools" and indulge in the "How to adjust the rear derailleur " you-tube. No hype ("hey waz up everybuddy, don't forget to like me and listen to me talk about myself"), just facts and technique. This is a screaming deal, SRAM Eagle GX product. Recommend!

Swapped out thumb shifters on new Turbo Levo. Arthritis in thumbs. Bike is NX/SX. Always an XO guy. This new GX works perfectly. Great price.

As the title says, I have both this, and XX1. I have ridden XX1 to a Leadville 100 finish, along with the entire season of training and then some. I am here to say, this is the BEST value you will find and while the colors are different, I really think SRAM produces the entire gripshift line in substantially the same way. Maybe more carbon and less weight on the body for XX1 but who knows. The feel is the same, i cannot tell any difference in weight, although I didn't weigh to find out.Bottom line is these are substantially the same as the XX1, good luck finding any meaningful difference beyond the price. Enjoy!

Arrivato nella sua scatola originale sram in cui è presente tutto il kit ovvero entrambe le manopole e anche i due tappi per completare il montaggio. L'installazione è molto più semplice di quanto pensassi (ho fatto tutto da solo) eventualmente la registrazione fine del cambio la si può fare dal proprio meccanico di fiducia. Per ora sono soddisfatto, debbo testarlo ancora in qualche giro in mtb più impegnativo... ma finalmente ho risolto il problema che avevo con il manettino su cui ci sbattevo sempre il pollice.

Great shifting at a reduced weight, aesthetically pleasing and clean cockpit. Shifts multiple gears in one big twist. No problem downshifting halfway into a climb as well. Great for XC riding.

I hurt my thumb in a crash back in May 2020 and this was the game changer that allowed me to get back out riding the longer distances as I was having trouble using a trigger shifter. Great value for the price

What is not clear on this item is that the right and left grips and bar ends are also included in the pack, making it great value. Highly recommended
