This may feels like you're standing on a bed of nails. I purchased it to give a little extra support for the shower floor, but already the bars are breaking. Not at all happy with the purchase. Very disappointed.

This mat is a great idea. It does not slip and does not leave marks on the floor as suction-cup mats do; it is reasonably comfortable to stand on; and it dries well and doesn't get moldy (I do drop it on the bath-mat, throw a towel on it, and shuffle on the towel before I hang it to dry). It's just not as durable as I had expected it to be; after less than a year, many of the slats have cracked/broken.

Easy to snap together. I bought them to fit a shower floor that was atypical in shape. I hoped they'd be easier on my feet but found for my sensitive feet no. I still had to put the silicone mat over top. My husband is fine with the feel. They do solve the problem of the silicone mat which was not allowing the shower pan to drain and shifted while showering. I'll see how they hold up to very hard metallic water.

Great idea, and the squares snap together nicely, but the material that the mat is made of is awful. It is very hard, very bumpy with no 'give' at all, and causes real bottom of the feet pain. I had to remove it before I could finish my shower!
