Shiny, even color, and beautiful snakeskin-like texture. Thinner than I expected but not flimsy, very flexible.

This leather is really pliable and flexible. It is really thin, so not great for tooling, but is excellent for backing projects and adding as decorative touches. The silver is bright and metallic and the grain/scale pattern is beautiful.

I wouldn't call this tooling leather. It's a nice, shiny square that you can use for projects. You'll want to overlay it if you are making anything that needs to be sturdy.

The embossed side is very shiny. The piece is so thin it's hard to tell if it's actually leather but I think it is.Very small piece.The snake looks good. I didn't see any flaws.I wonder how they got it so thin.

It smells good and looks beautiful. The size is good for my cricut machine. It has a good thickness and with the right interfacing you can use it on bags (as patches), wallets etc.

This is way too thin for any sort of tooling to be done with it. As long as you ignore that word, it follows most of the expectation. The finished side looks really nice and shiny. And, as a top piece this will really stand out. Great embossing. One bigger complaint is that their 12" seems to be a bit smaller than my 12"...

I'm not really sure if this leather is going to work for me...it is too thin to use without some sort of backing. The surface is much more shiny in person than the photos and that really isn't what I had in mind.This is pretty, but not what I needed.
