I was hoping my puppy would enjoy this all-natural lamb tripe topper, but unfortunately, he truly dislikes it. While I appreciate the quality ingredients and probiotics, he just won’t touch it. I might have to try mixing it with something else to get him to eat it!

Purchased this as a topper for our picky dogs. They all absolutely loved it! It was a bit powdery when sprinkling this on top of our dog's kibble and smelled meaty beef. It seems to have meat strips, but there is also some powder. I could see the powder drifting as I sprinkled it down on the food. They scarfed up all their food and continued to lick their bowls clean, when normally they will have leftover food in their bowls. The only downside was the stinky dog breathe in our faces after they finished eating. Would recommend if you have any picky dogs.

If your dog is anything like the ones in our pack, it can be a struggle to get them to eat with any consistency. Every single one of them took to this food topper immediately. No hesitation...just eating and asking for more. I was more than a little shocked, but if it works, I won't question it! They all love it! My only issue with it is the smell. I'm glad I'm not the one eating it because it smells like rotting fish food lol. I thought the dogs might find the smell as offensive as I do, but that worry was short-lived. They apparently think it smells heavenly. The only thing I'll note is that our cats won't go anywhere near it. I tried sprinkling it on their dry food as well as canned. They wouldn't touch either one of them. I know this is marketed for dogs, but I figured I would give it a shot with the cats as well. Maybe someone out there will have better luck than I did. I'd definitely like to make this a regular addition to our dogs' diet, but I'll have to wait for a good sale and stock up. We have 5 dogs (3 of which are Great Danes), so this topper goes pretty quickly. With an already astronomical food bill, this will have to be a special treat at full price. I'd highly recommend giving it a shot for any picky eaters out there!

My dogs are obsessed with this! Two of my dogs are pretty picky, but since I’ve been putting this on their food they have been cleaning their bowls! It does have a scent, but it’s not so bad that I can’t stand it. Definitely a great product!

Pup loves this but then again it’s green tripe, most pups love it.. he’s never had lamb green tripe before and he really loves this.. I only knocked down a star since it’s hard to dispense the flakes out with the shaker side but the larger opening is much too larger for my liking.. it’s easy on his tummy as well

My dog is now a "senior dog" although she doesn't act like one. She is a 12 year old Black Mouth Cur. She is highly intelligent and highly stubborn. And she seems to have decided that she needs something special to go on top of her meals. We try to convince her otherwise but...she is a stubborn Black Mouth Cur. So when I saw this, I thought it was an ideal solution since this is supposed to have lots of good stuff in it and won't add as many calories/extra food to her day. And for the most part she seems to really like it! When I first started putting it on top of her food she LOVED it. To the point of her trying to eat it from the container as I sprinkled it on her food. So in getting her initial interest, it was a definite success. As the week has gone on, she has lost *some* of her enthusiasm for it. But that may very well just be something that is singular to her since she tends to get bored with things quickly. And she still eats it happily enough and it usually gets her going on the rest of her dog food. So I'm calling it good. It does seem to increase her thirst a bit. But the directions say to make sure there's plenty of water nearby, so I think that is probably normal enough.Only a little bit is needed, so the container should last a pretty long time. I have gone out of my way to try not to smell it. It's enough to know she likes it. And I appreciate that it's got probiotics and not a bunch of extra "ingredients" and filler. I would definitely recommend. The price is very very reasonable for the quality and success I've had with it.Shipping and delivery was very quick, I received it the day after I ordered it.

My senior dog snubbed this topper, I think because of the strong smell. The other dogs enjoyed it immensely. It's made of high quality ingredients, too.
