My pup loves this sprinkled on top of her dry kibble and it has great ingredients! I was surprised at the texture as I was expecting freeze dried pieces, but it’s a very fine powder. This is a great way to change things up for your dog if you feed them the same dry kibble daily.

I was not expecting that it need to be mixed with water. It is a little smelly. My pup was a little curious the first couple times we tried it but, now she has caught on and is not wanting to eat this either. Dogs that are not so picky might like it.

I'm generally not impressed by dog food that's made or endorsed by actors. When it comes to what I feed my dog, I'm more interested in science than Hollywood hype. That said, I AM impressed by human-grade dog food, and single-ingredient toppers are nice in that you don't have to figure out what additives might be problematic. This is made from U.S.-sourced, free-range beef, and it's also low in fat, which is important for two of my dogs who have sensitive stomachs and are supposed to be on a low-fat diet. So I decided to give it a try.I mixed this into water and added it to my dogs' food, and two of the three loved it (the third was "meh" about it, but she's 15 and is meh about almost everything that doesn't come off my plate, so I don't think her opinion is the norm here).I like that there are different ways to use this -- you can mix it into food as a topper, freeze it and make frozen pupsicle treats or serve it as broth. I haven't tried the frozen treat option yet, but it's on my list, as my dogs are big fans of frozen treats. The company donates money back to rescue which is a nice bonus. It's pricey for a topper, but I feel really good about what's in it -- or, more importantly, what isn't in it -- so if you want to give your dogs a nice treat that's human-grade quality, it's definitely worth a try.

This is a human grade food. It's still stinky. I'm not tempted to eat it! But I like that it has gone through human grade standards and it's a single ingredient. Those are things I'm so happy about! My animals - some like it, some don't. They don't go CRAZY for it but they are spoiled and really into their "things". So they do eat it (most of them do anyway), but they aren't as enthusiastic for it as they are with junk food, unfortunately.

The ingredients truly are human grade. My dogs absolutely love this stuff, but only when I mix it with warm water to make a broth. Using it as a dry topper (it's a very fine powder) they sniffed awhile before eating their food. It also made them sneeze when they initially sniffed at their food bowls. I fully suggest making a broth; however, be aware that the powder clumps together making it difficult to effectively mix, even using warm water. The price is exceedingly high considering what you're getting. It's comes out to $2.50/ounce which is more than any steak you buy at the store (reference filet mignon costing $23-26 approx. per pound, making it only $1.44 - $1.65 per ounce). How much money does Kaley Cuoco have now? Way more than is needed for a single person; thus, couldn't this product be offered at a reasonable price? I guess not... the rich only need to get richer, am I right?

We got this because our dog is on prescription food and doesn’t always love it. When we sprinkle this on and add a little warm water he eats it up! I love that it’s human grade. It’s a little smelly so I’m not tempted to try it, but in theory I could- it’s just one ingredient! We are glad to have found this product- and we have a small dog (about 14lbs) so this bag is going to last us awhile, making it worth the price.

My dog is on a prescription diet and HATES it. He now gobbles it up thanks to this topper, which clearly must be delicious, and it is only one ingredient so my vet totally approved. The bag is also HUGE and lasts a full month, so it is totally worth the price.
