Arrived in a large plastic envelope instead of a box, and since it is a pump sprayer, it had been activated during shipping and leaked all over inside the packaging. We figured we'd try it anyway and sprayed it on the dog's food, and he refused to eat it!

A week after I ordered this, our dog passed and I could not return it. This product was expensive and now I am stuck with it. I think my dog dying is extenuating circumstances for a refund.
