デザインは好みが別れるかと思いますが、守備手袋としては、良いと思います。人差し指の付け根から親指の付け根までのクッションも分厚すぎることもなく、グラブの感覚を邪魔しない作りかと思います。

My teenage son plays catcher and has some talented pitchers throwing some heat. He says it helps take out some of the sting from catching fastballs. I has developed a small tear in one of the fingers after a month of use. It's the only reason it's getting 4 stars instead of 5.

I am in my 40's and still have my HS glove and love it. The padding on the inside has worn away over the years and my daughter is starting to throw harder so needed some new padding for the glove. This was a simple and cost effective way to help my fingers and get to keep using the glove I have had for half my life.

This single glove: Spider Grip Baseball & Softball Palm Guard for Left Hand is super nice. I always wear a glove inside my fielder's glove to get a better grip and so my fielder's glove stays on my hand for those hard line drives. I don't catch a lot of balls flat in my palm, but when I do those softballs are not all that soft! They can sting on occasion. This glove has enough padding to reduce that sting a bit.I will now be retiring my batting glove from wearing it in the outfield.I recommend this item.

I am a 3rd baseman for a slow pitch senior softball league. Don't let the 'senior' confuse you. The bats are hot and the players are crushing the ball. I had high hopes for this glove so I do not have to wear a batting glove. Unfortunately even the XL is very tight. The fingers are super skinny like they are women's batting gloves. I might give them a better rating if they were sold as women's or youth, but as adult men's glove it falls way short.

My son plays baseball and his hands are a bit smaller than the glove but he fits the length of the glove. I saw this grip glove and wanted him to try it out. He did not like it one bit. First of all, the material is the same material that Halloween costumes are made out of. It is thin and very cheap. The wrist part has a thick velcro strap that is just bulky and doesn't lay flat. He didn't see any use for this grip glove and no longer wanted to use it.

This batting/fielding glove fits wonderfully. I got the medium size glove. Whenever I put my fielding glove on, I always have a batting glove underneath. I really like that it has additional cushion around the index and middle finger. The glove is very comfortable and flexible. The glove has tiny holes between the fingers which contributes to the flexibility as well as allowing the glove to breathe. Whenever I play a game I always keep the glove on whether I’m batting or fielding, so the comfort of this glove is a plus.
