It's a great tool with excellent accuracy. You should however run it with a high spindle speed or else you're likely to break it.

I live these end mills. I use them to make slots on 1/4 inch flat bar and I also use them to face out parts that I need. You also need to watch your spindle speed and your feed speed or you will break the tool.
