Its a plastic wire loom painted chrome color, what else would anyone expect? Works and looks very nice for now, who knows what time will bring though. Only tools you need are some good scissors and a screw driver or small putty knife helps a LOT when installing over wires. It really cleans up the look of the motorcycle.

I bought this for my classic car engine bay to cover up my wires but still give it a nice look so I went with these chrome ones. They been in my car now for a long time and still holding up well. Does not flake off like some do and the chrome color has a very nice shinny look.
