Not a bad product overall but on the drivers side of an SBC it won’t attach because it hits the dipstick. There’s no workaround for this so I returned it.

I would buy these again. They cleaned up the engine bay big time. It looks for professional for sure. Wires are clean looking and tucked out of the way. No more hitting the headers. The polymer pieces where the cables bolt to are pretty heavy duty.

Highly adjustable and easy to set up. Holds plug wires firmly and the bracket itself is sturdy. Works great for the price, and now I dont worry about burning a wire against my headers anymore. It's one of those "I'd even install it on my mother's car" products.

Got these for the corvette I just bought; plug wires just laying on engine. All parts are there to get in installed. May take a little thought. The passenger side went in perfectly, but the drivers side had to be finagled a bit because the oil dip stick sits right where the valve cover screw is. These looms are set-up so you can shorten or lengthen them and the hardware that came with them can be manipulated and/or bent in almost any position to get the look you need. In the end, it really cleaned it up. Total time for install with new spark plug wires was about 2-1/2 hours.Great price and superfast shipping too. Thanks.

I have used wire separators similar to these for years. These being the first made of stamped steel. Normally I use the billet aluminum ones that are available with ball-milled, flames, or just smooth tops. There made by several companies and vary in price depending on which manufacture you find. I used these on this current build due to having a lower budget to work with, yet still needs to be a high quality build once finished. I am very satisfied the quality for the cost. The billet aluminum versions are 2 to 3 times the price of these, yet the work just as well. *** VERY IMPORTANT *** You will need to use plug wires that are "cut to length" and ends put on.!!!! Even though these dividers are very adjustable, Pre-made wires are NOT going to work well and you will not be happy with where the plug wires end up. They may not even work at all with out burning up your plug wires. If you make up your plug wires and route them correctly these dividers will keep your plug wires away from the headers and never burn up. I do recommend the spark plug "Booties" made by DSI as an extra heat shield for the plug boots since no matter what you do, headers get hot, and plug boots get melted.

This was fairly inexpensive and the idea was good but execution was somewhat flawed. The bolts screw into the black plastic blocks which tend to strip the threads without too much effort. The brackets are meant for an upper or lower mount (depending if your valve covers are bolted at the bottom or top). Mine are at the bottom but I liked the way the top mounted position looked (the longest part is on the bottom for the bottom mount and on the top for the top mount). Anyway, I cobbled together the two brackets and with a little bending I ended up with a bottom mount that looks like a top mount. Additionally, check your ignition wires. I ended up with one that was 1.5 inches too short to fit nicely in the bracket. It definitely looks better than wires dangling everywhere, but it took me two days to figure it all out and get everything together.

It looked a lot better in the pictures than it really turned out to be. The chrome plating was weak and only done well on the top side. The bottom side looked rough and not well done, and the edges of the metal still have burrs that were not removed when cut or stamped or whatever was used to cut them. I am worried that it will eventually rust due to the poor plating and finish work. There were some stains on the plating that I have to polish out as well. It was a sealed package, but I would have guessed it to be used if it wasn't.The mounting tabs were not a the right angle for the wires to be parallel to my 350 SBC, and I had to bend them a little more to make them look correct. They were definitely a pain to align as there are no marks to let me know where they should be and I ended up eyeballing it to get it "good enough" to where I wanted it.I also have a problem with some of the plug wires being a little shorter than necessary to put in the divider. I was able to get a few of them through the whole thing, but a few had to be loose and didn't go through the last divider. For this to really work well, it needs custom length plug wires. Not a problem if you have the proper equipment to crimp universal length wires, but not feasible if you don't.Overall, it looks okay on the motor installed, but I don't think I would purchase this again for my next motor.
