I recently ordered the SN58 Dynamic Vocal Microphone, and it has exceeded my expectations. The sound quality is crystal clear and has minimal background noise. The included 16ft XLR audio cable and stand adapter make it perfect for both stage singing and studio recording. This mic appears to be a reliable, high-quality mic that delivers professional results. Highly recommend!

I have reviewed a LOT of inexpensive microphones, and I have to say this one REALLY impresses me. One of my biggest complaints about lower costs microphones is that they ALWAYS seem to have an on/off switch. I LOVE that this one does not. In fact I appreciate that.Inexpensive mics RARELY is EVER come with a microphone clip. This one is the exception to that... it comes with a pretty decent one, and this mic also comes with a zipper bag. So it ticks a lot of boxes here for me.But how does it sound? Well I'm glad you asked! It sounds terrific! nice proximity effect, minimum handling noise and really good clarity and intelligibility. It's pretty tough to beat this one at this price. I like it a lot!

The mic is much better than I had expected. The sound is very clear and it picks up very little background noise. The wire feels heavy duty & not cheap at all. The bag & clip are also pretty nice which was surprising since I expected them to feel much worse than they do.

Hard to choose between 3 or 4 stars, but depends on what you use this "Thefing" SN58 mic for.Obviously, it appears that the design is heavily influenced by the Shure SM58 mic, so I tested this mic (vocal) with my Shure SM58 mic going into my scarlett 2i2 i/o device and then into my mac and using quicktime to record. The "Thefing" mic is not as clean and crisp as the comparison mic (Shure SM58), but I would say it's about 70 percent of the quality at a far lower price. I also used a fethead inline mic amp for both mics. This would be a decent karaoke mic, or general stage mic for lectures, or even stand up, but as a stage mic for musicians, I would pass on this. In addition, the "Thefing" mic is weighs about 285 grams vs 325 grams with the Shure SM58 comparison mic.

I have several professional mics and two that are Shure SM58's, which this product does a really good job of matching. My first impression was that this mic was heavy. I was shocked at the build quality for this price point. I had two gigs this weekend with a background vocalist, and I had her use both throughout practice to compare the sound. She chose this one, and I agreed that it sounded even better than the mic I paid a lot more for. I can't speak to how this will hold up with a powerful male vocal in a high noise setting, but for female voices in a (relatively) quiet room, I was totally blown away by what they were able to do with this and still keep it affordable. It even comes with a zipper pleather case and mic clip. The only bad thing I can say about this mic is that the brand "THEFING" is printed on it. It is an invitation for mockery and joking, with several band members asking if it was misspelled "thiefing" or if I was "The Fing" or the next big "fing."
