This is the worse phone I have ever seen. It’s looks good but doesn’t work. There is a constant loud buzzing. We tried different cords no change. I only gave it one star because you have to pick one to leave the review.

I purchased this phone for my dad who has dementia but the ringer doesn’t work. By the time we realized it was not working, it was too late to return it to Amazon. I reached out to the company several times and have heard nothing. The concept is great and I’m sure it’s a one off but I would really like to be able to exchange it for a telephone that works properly.

I got this for my 93-year-old dad who has hearing issues. It's supposed to be a speakerphone but the one I got would only work as a speaker when you were dialing out. Once the person on the other end picked up they did not come through the speaker, only the hand set. I liked the idea of the pictures on the speed dials but he couldn't see them well enough to make them useful.

VERY happy with this phone! Recently moved my 83 year old mother, who is in the beginning stages of dementia/alzheimers, to an assisted living facility. She has never used a smartphone, so the only option was to have a simple old-fashioned landline in her apartment. This phone is perfect! I put pictures of her 6 favorite contacts in the buttons, programmed the corresponding phone#'s into it, and it is working like a dream! What a great product! The manual that came with it was done very well, very easy to read and comprehend, which seems to be a rarity these days. Haven't had to use the tech support department, so I didn't rate them in this review. I would absolutely recommend this product to anyone that needs a simple, easy to use phone. Thank you to whoever invented this!

This product works too well😂. We got my Mom this phone for her to be able to call. The picture in lieu of the numbers work well. The product is made of good material.

We traded a cell phone for this landline device. My FIL can't feel or see the small buttons on a cell phone or portable landline device. Since when a call comes in on these, you have to press "Answer" he had trouble feeling the small buttons. When we switched to this phone and a landline it worked so simply, like the old days. To answer he picked it up. To hang up he placed the receiver in its cradle. With the large buttons, that are tactile, he can call each person in the family by touch. The sound is very clear. Instead of photos, which he can't see, we used large-print numbers.Great device for vision-impaired.He is also hearing impaired so we were able to set this to high volume all the time.

Nothing like paying full price for a used product. I always see reviews from people that get used product but often wonder if it is real. Well, today I was that guy. There were food particles on the keypad, on the foot pads , and the pictures were already placed on the buttons and the empty paper was included. I tried the phone to be certain if it was worth re-ordering. First off it was for my mom of 93 with poor eyesight. The speaker phone has to be active before you press the picture button otherwise nothing will happen if you just press the picture button. The speaker volume is very low and you have to adjust the volume to hear at your level. When you pick the volume and end the call, the volume resets to very low again. You have to keep adjusting the volume. With the phone coming in used and the poor functionality of the phone. This one is a pass for sure. Back it goes. I do not recommend at all!

I purchased two of these phones for my 88 year old mother-in-law. They were so easy to set up. Literally, from start to finish took about 3 minutes! The keypad is large and easy to read. Having the pre-set buttons with photos is going to help my MIL remain independent for longer. Her previous phones had so many buttons that it had become confusing to her. Also, she often forgot to click the "off" button. These phones are old-fashioned with the corded receiver. She knows when she hasn't hung the phone up properly because a red light comes on. She can hear much better with these phones too. GREAT PHONES for senior adults!
