This grip handle is meant for mobile lighting, but it works as a solid stick for action cameras. Screws in fine and feels sturdy.I really like how it has a 1/4th Inch thread on the bottom so instead of having to remove the stick from your action camera, you can just screw the stick into your tripod. Very handy.

Very light weight but well-made. The 1/4" hole on one end allows extension or mounting. This is a useful and handy handle for everyone if weight is a concern and plastics is tolerable.
