Setup the unit and started charging 2 controllers. Would blink white on and off for hours. Basically told me it was reaching Full and turning off, then turning back on to charge again, turning off, etc. Wasn't sure if this was a bug or a feature at first. Let it charge overnight, and in the morning it was still blinking and the battery packs were very warm to touch. This thing does not have overcharge protection and will explode your batteries and start a fire. Returned.Also, if you check the reviews and customer photos, you'll see the seller simply kept the same listing but changed to a different product. This is how sellers scam users to believe a product has a high 5-star review when in fact they've replaced it with a lower quality product. Always sort your reviews by "most recent" and always check photos.

I initially bought a fosmon charging dock but then returned it since it wasnt compatible with my controllers and I bought this instead and I am very impressed. Everything feels solid and wellmade and the packaging was good too. The build quality on this is better than the fosmon one even though it is cheaper. They seem to work fine but I havent tested them long term.

So I purchased this dual charger back around May of 2019, and as of last month (Feb 2021) have noticed that the batteries either are not holding their charge and/or the charging dock is not properly charging the batteries. I have had to temporarily revert back to AA batteries, but am not currently gaming. All of that being said though, I have had no problems with this item up until recently. The batteries always held a good charge, and being able to swap controllers off the dock when a controller battery is low/dies is ideal (this unit also functions as a good night light for wherever it is stored. Bonus). If my math is correct this item lasted me about 1.75 years, while using my Xbox/controllers nearly every day in this range of time. For the price paid for this item, I can't really complain about that. I am seriously considering buying another one.

This is my second dock. I have the white version for my pair of white Xbox One S controllers. I got two more controllers for the family and they are different color (black and blue) so I went with this black model. It works equally as awesome and I love it. Super clean, and bright large lights that tell you if it's charged or not. The only complaint with these models is as long as the docks are plugged in, the green light will not turn off. That can be kind of off-putting if you like the room dark but I don't mind it, it looks kind of cool to me. I doubt there is any better charging dock out there for the money than this one. Highly recommended!

I received this item a few days ago when my original charger went kaput. I plugged in the unit to the USB port on my xbox and installed the battery packs on the controllers and everything is going well so far. Both controllers are charged and seem to last plenty of time with no issues.One note: The design of this unit is far more compatible with my controllers. I recently added padded grips to the sides of my primary controller which made it nearly impossible to get it to charge on my old tower style unit because the padding kept the contacts away from the charging points. This upside down, top-side configuration solved that immediately. So, I'm a fan so far!

I've been through many different controller chargers and this is by far the best one I've purchased. The LED lights are helpful and look great on the charger. Takes up minimal space by standing the controllers straight up and down. The battery packs slide right in the controller and can be charged even when they are disconnected from the controller. I especially like that it is powered by a micro USB cable which makes it much more convenient. Very pleased with this product and would highly recommend it to anyone especially for the cheaper price compared to other chargers. Would definitely purchase again. Only downside I could say is that there is no option to get one that fits 4 controllers. Absolutely amazing purchase and I am very happy with it.

I'm very impressed with this product. Based on other reviews I assumed I would have some minor issues with it but still thought it would be worth the low cost. On the contrary I've experienced no major issues and only one small inconvenience. As other reviews state, the batteries simply rest on the charging pins when not clipped into the controller. Because of this they tend to lean just slightly and not make full contact, resulting in them not charging. However, if they are plugged into the controller and placed onto the charger, they have no issues with poor connection. Even without doing this, you can place them very precisely onto the charger and they will still charge. The light strip around the bottom that indicates whether they are charging or not is a bit too bright for me but some masking tape easily resolves the problem. The battery life of a full charge is very good and I get at least 20-30 hours playing Rocket League or Burnout Paradise (with rumble on heavy) out of a charge and closer to 30-40 if I'm playing Skyrim or something else with a bit less rumble. Overall good value for money and well worth the purchase.

I purchased these for my 8 year olds xbox1 and the durability and battery life they have is awesome. My son rearily charged them (as it’s me that places them on the stands at night) he’s drops his controller a lot and the battery packs stay put and there’s been no cracks or chips in the pack (which has happened in the past) the stand is also very easy to use and is anestheticly pleasing next to his xbox (not that he cares about that more for me when I finish cleaning his room)
