This charger hasn’t worked since day 1. It claims to not charge when the controller is fully charged, so I waited until the controller was depleted, and still, the charger doesn’t engage.Also, the video description shows a man placing the controller on BACKWARDS. So they don’t even know how to use their own product.Waste of money, waste of time, waste of space on my desk.

I purchased a core elite controller and wanted the charging base so I ordered this base. It came very quickly and works perfectly.If you need a charging base I would recommend this for sure

The base is ever so slightly different to the original Xbox version so it does not fit snug in the elite controller carry case and may not charge if the controller is put in at a weird angle. Besides that it works perfectly.

This AOJAKI charger works perfectly for charging my Xbox Elite Series 2 controller without having to put it in the case or removing the original charger, which I've done and left it at home.Pros:-Magnetic connection is strong enough to stay connected even when the controller is picked up-Aligning the controller requires zero guess work, just place it over the charger and the magnet does the rest.-The fit and finish is excellent, and the entire devices feels of quality.-USB-C connection-Ships in the tiniest box possible eliminating terrible packaging.Negatives:-Minor, but it does not include a USB-C cable. I have so many laying around, this is a non-issue for me, but something to keep in mind.I was used to charging my controller using the USB port as I didn't want to remove the included one from the case, as I always forget to put it back. This is the perfect addition to my Xbox/PC setup as I simple sit my controller down when done playing, and know it's charging.Very highly recommended!

This charging dock works awesome for my Elite 2 Core model. There is a magnet in the dock that snaps the controller into the appropriate place for aligning the charging pins correctly, I also like that the bottom of the dock has a rubber pad on it so there was no scraping up/moving of the dock on our living room entertainment center.This might be just me, but I definitely thought at first the USB-C cable plugged into the right of the dock which seemed wrong, but I had it backwards, you can tell immediately when you sit the controller on it.Last thing to note, and this is in the description, but this is the dock only, no USB-C cable, you have to use the charging cable that came with the controller and connect it to the dock, no biggie, I plugged it into the dock and then into the USB port on the back of my console, works great.
