Pens worked like advertised. The stylus attachment is different. Not totally happy with how they are put together. I like the ones that are screwed on instead of over a brass lip. Nothing has fallen off yet but be careful pressing the back tube on.

As a long time competent pen turner I could never recommend this productQuality inconsistentI have completed three kits and one of them was very hard to final assemble I used my didgetal micrometer and the inside diameter was about .002 undersizedI am now using my micrometer BEFORE I flip upOne of two sow far is undersizedOther major problem no instructions I don’t need them but this would be a problem for a less experienced turner Les

These are similar to the cigar pen. I like to leave them a bit fat when I turn one.

Out of 10 kits one was missing some pieces. But, the complete kits are nice. The quality of the ink is not as good as other kits we have bought. But, the kits are ok. We are using them.

I didn't realize they had a rubber stylus tip it tore up the first one I put into the press. I drilled a 7 mm hole in a piece of wood and used it to guard the tip when I pressed it. Worked ok. Doesn't look bad without the tip as well.

These worked good so far, but one thing to be aware of. You cannot unscrew and replace the stylus with this design.
