Overall I didn't have any issue with these bushings. They were properly aligned on the mandrel, had appropriate thickness for the Viceroy pens, and functioned properly.The only reason for losing one star was because one of the bushing i received has fairly deep scratches on the surface.

One of the two bushings is machined off center. As a result it is virtually useless for pen making.Attached I have two pictures. In the first one the right bushing is the defective e one. In the seccond picture is the result of using these bushings.Even if I I get a refund or replacement I will still be down $5 because of the waisted pen kit. I'm just glad I didn't use any expensive pen blanks.

One usually needs bushings, not all pen turners but most, and these assist in getting the blanks to the correct size.
