The skewers constantly fall out of their holder and land on my grill and the fire. The only way I can prevent this is by watching this and every 5 minutes pushing the skewers back into place. The design is flawed. The little piece that you press like a clip and push into the hole doesn't stay in place and instead of having a j-hook or some sort of physical thing called them in place it just relies on pressure. Well because of this the skewers literally push themselves out of their holder. Going to have to find another brand to use

Did a Brazilian BBQ and had a sagging problem. The tines are flimsy and sag.OK for a few veggies but can't deal with sausages too.

Easy to configure this either as three trays or as skewers. Each hexagonal end fixes to the rotisserie shaft independently, so you're going to want to make sure you've got the screw tightened enough that nothing wobbles or shifts while you're cooking. But once you've got that set, you are good to go!The three trays pivot smoothly on the posts that are designed for them, there's a deep groove on each post that won't let the tray escape. But be aware, when planning, that you're probably going to load the food onto the tray assembly AFTER it's in place on the rotisserie shaft.The six skewers are designed so that you can load them up first, mount them on the assembly afterward.This is a super addition to the grilling arsenal!

I have a basket that I used to use for chicken wings, but now I have this and it works a lot better. The basket allows the wings to tumble which knocks off the breading. Having the breading stick to the basket also makes it harder to clean. This has trays that ride the bracket like a ferrous wheel. The wings get close to the flame and then farther away. Yes I have to turn the wings once, but I don't lose the breaking or rub that I have put on the wings which makes them tastier.The trays aren't the easiest to clean, but I will revisit and update my review if I find an easy way to clean it. One other item I like is the skewers that allow me to do k-bobs on it. I so this with the rotisserie as well and it makes cooking them easier since I don't have them sitting on a grate anymore.
