I purchased these single serve carafes to use when making cocktails. I pour half cocktail in cocktail glass(makes it easy to serve without splashing guest) and pour other half in carafe serving along side cocktail glass. Guests love it!! I could see many uses… individual or additional servings of wine? They are beautifully made…heavy bottoms, so no tipping. Highly recommend!

It’s all about having your ingredients ready at the start of making a dish! I love these glass wine carafes! Yes, I will use them for wine, but they have multi-uses! For example, while making hummus, I needed 5 tablespoons of ice water to slowly pour into the food processor. This worked beautifully! They are great for readying all sorts of ingredients. Also, when we have our next dinner gathering, we can place these on the table for refills. What can I say? I really like them!
