Bits of the lid peeled and broke off dropping into the jar. I found about 10 pieces of plastic in the liquid in the jar. Do not buy.

My wife uses hers to put creamer in for coffee in the morning. They feel to be quality, very easy to clean! The top pops open easand seals tight!

I was looking for a smoothie cup that I could also make it in, with the hand held blender I have. This is absolutely perfect for that, the bottom is large enough, and does not taper, so the blender reaches the bottom.Being thick glass, it's also durable and so easy to clean with the wide mouth.I'm very happy with this purchase.

Bought this 2 qt pitcher to replace another type of pitcher which I had reviewed earlier. This is easy to use and clean and pours great with no dripping. Handle/lid fits perfectly and is very secure. Great buy because it's a 2 pack. Replacement lids are also available if needed in the future.

I like the weight of these pitchers and I have no issue with the cap as others have mentioned. I like that it snaps closed tightly and it is indeed leakproof when turned upside down (at least so far.) The mouth is big enough to fit ice cubes, fruit etc. without a problem. Easy to clean and don't require a great deal of space in the fridge like other pitchers can. The only reason I gave it an overall 4 star rating is that although it states it holds 32 oz--you would have to fill it right up to the very top of the rim to make a full quart (32 oz). If you attempt to move it to put the lid on it will spill over the rim. So you can only put in about 30-31 oz. Not a big deal if filling with water, but if you are making a full quart of tea or lemonade from a mix or recipe, etc. you should be aware that a full quart will not fit comfortably.

I love that it has a durable lid easy to screw on and off. The mason jar could easily be replaced in case in breaks.

No leaks! The lid can be hard to pop open but gets a bit easier over time. Half gallon size works great for milk so easily to pick up than a gallon and also use for tea. Wide enough mouth so easy to clean jar but the rubber washer in the lid doesn’t come out or is difficult to remove which makes that very difficult to clean. I’d buy again though as we use all the time. Real glass and heavy duty plastic.
