I used this as part of building a 110vac air compressor for my truck that runs off an inverter. It has been on for about a year now 100% trouble free.

Easy to connect and produces little internal heat with 20 amp load.

Runs cool to the touch, but I'm only pushing around 15amp through it. Has worked through multiple cure cycles in my oven with no issue. Cheap enough to buy another for a spare. I'm happy with it.

This SSR has all the hallmarks of a fake Fotek SSR. While these fakes tend to be of decent quality overall, do not expect it to actually be capable of the amperage that they claim. All of the fakes that have been dissected have been found to have MUCH lower rated TRIACs in them - the most common dissections I've seen were that of 25A SSRs, which were found to have 12A TRIACs, and another being 40A SSRs with 20A TRIACs.For what I'm using this for (500W 120VAC 3d printer bed heater that won't pull more then 5A), this will be fine, but if you try to run one of these fake SSRs up to their 'rated' capacity, at best it'll likely burn out pretty quick, at worst it could start a fire. Based on the dissections of fakes, I wouldn't recommend running them at more than 50% of the capacity that they claim.

For the price this gets the job done but they certainly can't withstand the current flow that they state. I ruined two 50 amp relays on a 48 amp load, both popped within 30 seconds. The second one even popped when I had it thermal pasted and screwed to a large CPU heat sink with the fan running. I have used this brand however for much smaller loads and they have functioned without fail for ~ 5 years
