I’ve barely used my simshine. It’s basically brand new and in great shape and it doesn’t work, it needs to be reset, is finicky and whatever else you can imagine that’s irritating with technology and applications. You’re better off buying a cheap monitor and installing it into your wall than this garbage.

Camera quality is good. However:1. POOR customer service. You ask for assistance and they pretend that they don’t understand you.2. It’s a pain to relocate this camera.3. The voice when you try to talk through camera sounds like a dwarf’s voice.4. It loads really slow.DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Bought this for a gift. Was excited because it was a great deal with a coupon. The box was opened - looked like someone else had received it and returned it. It was missing the SD card.

This was easy to connect and it's easy to use, lots of useful features, no concerning issues. Good quality, nice wide view rotating camera, catches all the angles to watch your baby. Everything works well.

I would give 5 stars if the description wasn’t confusing, when I purchased it I was under impression that it has temperature and humidity sensor, but when I received it I discovered that it’s not.I haven’t tried all the options yet,but picture and sound pretty good. Gives me peace of mind when I’m in other room doing chores.Also, it would be amazing if there was an option to upload your own lullabies.But overall very nice monitor.

I love the large screen and clear in color picture! It has a long battery life and is easy to check on my baby from across the room and even outside because the picture is so clear. The company is also very responsive with communication.

This monitor is easy to set up. The audio and video quality are great as well! It’s easy to use and provides me with comfort knowing I can see my child at night while he’s sleeping.
