The fan arrived quickly and very well packaged. Everything was accounted for and nothing was damaged. It was easy to put together and hang.The fan is easy to hang and is very powerful without a doubt. It is also loud. I think very loud. The noise of the fan can drowned out the TV even on low. I have it in my bedroom and had to move it to another wall in the room because of the fan noise.The remote is convenient, when it feels like working. I've gotten in the habit of banging it on my palm before even trying it lol. That does the trick for the most part.The noise and the remote doesn't really bother me that much. The most annoying thing is the screw mechanism that holds the fan head in the correct angle. It's a long screw that goes through the bracket and a knob with a nut on the other side. When tightened down it presses the plastic together to hold the fan at the angle. The problem is the it's cheap, real cheap. The plastic around the head of the screw, is easily misshapened so it is difficult to hold the screw still when tightening the knob. The knob with the nut, again super cheap and easily stripped out. I got so fed up that I used a good quality knob, screw and nut I had on hand and replaced what came with the fan. Once decent pieces were in placed, the fan was easy to adjust and have it secured at the right angle.I would have repacked up the whole thing to send it back but I had thrown the boxes, etc away and honestly, it's a cheap fan and we all know the old saying. You get what you pay for.I wouldn't buy again nor would I recommend to others.

Missing wall bracket to hang fan on otherwise would've been 5 stars. No batteries. If your able to improvise, adapt, overcome & git'r done you're good.

Both units lasted about a week in service from date of delivery. Fan #1 locked up and fan #2 the oscillation function wouldn't work anymore. I would expect a fans at this price to last especially when install in a clean climate controlled atmosphere.
