Was apple to use in a pinch but you must use the proper size spoke wrench to really tighten spokes enough. I used the #14 to tighten my mountain bikes spokes but was very loose fitting.

The product is of terrible quality, made of poor quality soft metal. After tightening a few spokes with this wrench, it simply fell into disrepair and became impossible to tighten or unscrew anything with it.

After a quick YouTube tutorial I straightened my bike wheel using this tool loosening one side and tightening the other. Recommend it and would purchase again.

THIS TOOL, is a must have tool for anyone who actually cares for their rims STAYING "TRUE"! Every once in awhile, it doesn't hurt to check those spokes(especially on mountain-type bikes that generally travel over rougher terrain... intentionally!) Like mine! Itz 'ekonomikal', which addz to it 'desire'-ability, and honestly, a guy needz one. This one can be 'read' easily and is rust-resistant(ALLways Helps!) GET ONE, DUDE 😎

I don't normally write bad reviews, but this tool only managed two wheels before failing. The steel is chrome plated but not hardened. Consequently, the tool just rounds inside and trashes the wheel nipples. I was three away from getting a wheel true and I just couldn't use it. Disappointing. So next time I would invest in a better manufactured tool. I probably would have had more success making my own. The design is fine, but the product needs to be and do what it says. Caveat emptor.

I didn't believe it until I tried it myself. It works great! I thought I was going to have to spend a lot on a new wheel for my son's bike so I gave this a try because it was so cheap. After messing with the spokes for about 10 minutes, the tire is turning smoothly.

The fabrication of this is not precise but is consistent with the price. It actually does the job, but not with precision fit. It fits lugs either way too tight or a little loose. Not a snug fit that will slip on and off easily. The size numbers stamped on the back side of this tool are incorrect and do not correspond to the actual size of the lug slot. Three stars is about right, definitely not 4 or 5.
