This breaker worked great. It has lugs for the input wiring and needs lugs for the output wiring but the output lugs are not included. It took me some time to track down the correct lugs so I'm hoping I can save someone some time. The part number for the lugs is Siemens TA1Q1. As this is a two pole breaker, you will need two of them and they just snap over the output posts.

Matched my furnace’s breaker exactly. Note you need to save the “lug” part (yoke with screw that holds wire on lug) from your old one or order them separately if you don’t have them.
