You know that feeling you get when you buy some thing from Apple and when you first open the box it has a smell and everything looks so new and perfect? When I received my wireless microphone, it seemed like this was some thing I bought secondhand, but I bought it brand new on Amazon. The pages of the instructions were dog, eared, and it just seemed slept together. Everything seems to work it was just not that great out of the box. I reached out to the seller who did not respond.

Used for a karaoke league performing. Yes, there is a league here. It's great to have both hands free to perform without being tied to the area of a mic stand. Sound quality is just as good as the handheld the bar supplies. Has been used by various singers and the dj has no issues with making us all sounds great with it. Easy plug and play into his set up.

The only issue I have is with the headset...it works fine, but it's a bit "short" - I'm constantly playing with it to make sure it's in front of my mouth.

I am a Pastor and purchased for use in Church. I am extremely pleased with this product. I highly recommend this product. It is worth the price. No static. No dead spots, crisp sound.

Used Shure products in the past and this is just as reliable. I run A/V for workshops that are audio broadcasted. Have used both lapel and handheld microphones for presenters but they always manage to make audio difficult. These headsets prevent that. Presenters can gesture with their hands, turn their head in any direction and it does not affect the audio.Headsets take a little getting used to and I found them right on my head but stretched them out before using them. Once on and properly adjusted they are fairly comfortable and don’t bounce around on the user.Lost one star because the headset is wired to the pack, but all of the photos Shure has of the headset omit the cord that runs to the pack, much like the Shure lapel microphonesBottom Line:Great audio from headsetHeadset is wired to pack unit (despite what is shown in photos). Pack unit is wireless to the receiver.Recommended Purchase.

The voice quality is great. I prefer it over my Samsun headpiece and receiver. Almost no feedback as I walk around with the headset on and teach my fitness classes.

Have used for a few gigs now, and for the money, I am pleased with the quality. The headset works well for spoken words and music vocals, the transmitter and receiver pair seamlessly, and I have not had any issues with interference, dropped sound, or discomfort from the headset or body pack. All in all a solid product.

Using this Mic vs my Sennheisser wireless I think the overall volume is louder with the Shure and sound quality is about the same. I heard some complaints about the Shure headset being uncomfortable, I have not had that issue, fits nice and secure

These have been solid mic systems for us. The reception has never been a problem and the headset is a solid build, which is important as I've had lesser headsets broken on a regular basis.

Sound is great. Very clear. I purchased this for use by the preacher at my church. He used it and says the headset is very comfortable. The members of the church are very happy with the sound clarity.
