Update #2: ===========I have discovered only now that Sensah has a PHI version of the 2x10.... From the description, the PHI would have worked for a 105 shifter replacement that I was looking for. That's a 'bummer', I do not remember this choice being available when I got the shifters 2 months ago.The 2x10 non-phi did not really work with my Shimano RD 105 10s. It seems to be a 11s pull.I ended up replacing the RD with an Ultegra 11s. That seems to be working a lot better after a first ride, even with my 11-28T 10s cassette. I might need a little bit more fine tuning to have it perfect.I could have re-replaced the right shifter with the PHI, but at least now I am one component closer to a 11s conversion. I will 'only' need to get a 2x11s Sensah shifter, a 11s chain and cassette. I think the 10s chainring should work.Update: ===========After four rides, I have to update my review to avoid misleading people out there.The index is NOT 100% compatible with Shimano 105 (brand new derailleur btw). I spent quite some time trying to fine-tune the index, but I cannot get both the high cogs and the lower ones. That's with a 34/52 + 11/28. The best I could get is to have it works very well from the mid-cassette up to 28 with the small 34 ring. And ok indexing from mid-cassette down to 11 with the big 52 ring. Since I am mostly doing big hills, that works ok. That would be more annoying on flatter terrains.I am getting used to the shifter's big motion. Still many misses.Original review: ===========I have not been able to find a replacement for my Shimano 105 10-speed right shifter.I gave it a try to the Sensah STI. So far so good. The installation was simple. The indexing seems to be compatible. The downshifting works well.However, the upshifting is weird. If you pass the downshifting position, it will upshift. ok, fine. But if you go too far, it can upshift by one or more positions. Or if you pass the downshifting position too slowly, it will downshift. After a first ride, I had many miss-hits on the gear I wanted. I hope I can get used to this shifting design...Also, maybe because it is brand new, the shifter is relatively noisy.

I purchased the TeamPro, supposedly 2X11 Shimano compatible; however, the front shifter is capable of 3x. I'm not sure if I received the wrong product, purchased the wrong set, or if the product is mislabeled. Obviously, setting the limit screws will prevent chain dropping, but I want to warn potential buyers.Very light weight, but the build quality feels less robust than the established brands. I'm not sure if its '105' comparable..After 2 days of use, shifting is not as crisp at established brands but sufficient. I am using these shifters for my dedicated indoor trainer bike. For this purpose, it is worth the money. I recommend others use it for indoor use only. I hope to update my review, after a few months of use.

I have always enjoyed trying new stuff. After well over 25 years of using DuraAce I was pleasantly surprized by brifters of this quality and functionality.The right (rear) shift lever required the usual amount of fiddling with to dial it in for precise shifts but once done shifts are crisp and accurate. The double click to shift up the cassette took some getting used to but became natural after a couple of rides. The left (front) shifter Is an absolute joy to use, there are 4 clicks available for precise positioning making chain rub a thing of the past.All in all I say these are a great value and a fine working set of Shifter/Brake levers.

Used these to convert my fat bike to a "gravel bike". I kept my 1x11 MTB drive train so the left hand gear cable is not connected. Installation was a breeze. Couldn't figure out how to remove/replace gear cables so I wound the LH cable around under the hood and bar tape so its ready if I ever want to add a front derailleur.Note: these are road shifters so unlikely to work well on MTB derailleurs without a ratio converter like Wolf Tooth's Tanpan.So far I find the brake and shifter operation to be smooth and predictable. The hoods feel very natural and comfortable. The only issue I have had is that I occasionally use the bike on technical single track (not what I built the bike for). During steep and bumpy descents with a lot of "white knuckle" braking I find I have inadvertently changed to a higher gear. If the descent is long enough I'll be in top gear.

Installed on a 9-speed Dura-Ace bike where the right shifter broke. Decided to try these instead of going the used/eBay route. Very pleasantly surprised! Shifting is quick and accurate. The one-lever design is great and easier with gloved hands. I've ridden a couple hundred hilly miles since installing and all is fine. One quick adjustment needed via barrel adjuster in back but likely due to cable stretch, not the shifter. Front also shifts well and has one mid-point position. I like the hood design better than the old Dura-Ace. Brake action is smooth and drama-free with good feel.Installation instructions are almost comical (including smiley faces indicating how to do things properly) - think Ikea, not Shimano. Read other reviews and most questions will be addressed. If you are new to the installation of brake/shift levers, watch some videos first.

I have put about +500 miles on these levers and they are doing great. I am using them with Shimano Ultegra front and rear derailers. They work pretty well, not 100% but pretty close. I think the issue may be that the levers are for 11-12 speed, and the derailer and wheel is 10 speed. They may also work better with SRAm, but I have not tried that yet.Great value for the price. The levers shift and feel very solid.

Looks good coming out of the box but that didn’t last! As soon as I tried shifting the front derailleur it broke. Boxed it up and send it back. Order a Shimano!
