I reviewed the sizing chart and it suggested I buy a large. I'm 5'5" and 139 lbs and the large was too small. The XL is very snug, almost too small, but should be just fine once I get in the water.

Fit my wife perfect, she loved and and said was very comfortable, seems to provide some insulation as well

This fit like a 14 in youth but with a chest of a Barbie doll. To all the manufacturers of women’s dive attire, Barbie dimensions are fiction! The material was felt good and would have worked perfectly for what I needed. Between the VERY SMALL fit and the extra large chest area, this didn’t work for me. I normally wear a medium or 10-12 on top but ordered a 14 to have a little room to get into it. This was very tight and huge in the chest. The chest area would be solved by my BCD, but the tightness would have ridden up while diving.
