I ordered the lx and it is skin tight, which is what I wanted but if you would would like a looser fit, size up. The color is nice and it's well constructed

This rash gaurd is cute and made well. However, I ordered an Xtra large and it runs so small I gave it to my 13 yr old niece who usually wears a size small and it fit perfect!

Bought this before a trip to the Caribbean to protect my skin while swimming and floating for hours on end. No need for sunscreen on arms and back - perfect coverage. Great color (teal)All reviews about sizing are correct: runs smaller, but if you're a true athlete using this, you can probably sport a smaller, tighter size as the shirt is designed. I'm 5"5, 140lb with a larger chest and I bought an XL. It was long enough, a bit roomy, like a winter tech shirt for running. Worked perfectly, wasn't baggy, not too right.Directions say to drip dry, and it took a couple of hours to really get dry (again like a technical running shirt for winter after a wash). When wearing it outside the water it wasn't terribly uncomfortable and I never got overheated.

This is my second one. The first I wore until it got so thin that I got sunburned under it. It fits so well and I really like it. It is the best brand that I have tried and I have tried lots of others but they don't last like the O'Neill brand.

I know it is supposed to fit snugly, but this shirt made me feel like an overstuffed sausage. It was so tight I had very little range of motion. Felt more like a girdle. Definitely returning.

A bit snug, but I guess it has to be. Works out great. I bought it to protect myself from the sun while swimming, and it really helped avoid sand rash while body surfing. The color on it is great too.
