This runs small. I had to exchange for one size larger. For reference, I'm a fit 5'6, 143 lbs, chest 36D and XL fit me perfect. Wore beneath my 5mm wetsuit in 76 degree water temps with a bottom time around 90 minutes at 75 feet and had a slight chill near the end of Dive #2. Kept me warm on the boat ride back to shore. Great for snorkeling too. The bottom hem stays put, doesn't ride up to your belly. Collar is tight but not constrictive. Very sporty and slimming too. Only con was the price tag. However satisfied with purchase.
