I needed to get a handle on my dive computer which is a direct impingement device running off a high pressure hose. I looked at various options including retractor devices. This device can be set up between your BCD D rings and the HP hose wherever you want it. It does not slide once placed on the hose. Yes it's only plastic but given the price not much is expected in longevity. And its light! I'm happy!

I use this clip to keep my secondary air gauge in check and not drifting around. Clips onto one of my may D rings and I always know where my gauge is.

Sturdy, and BRIGHT orange. The grip on my octopus reg hose is really tight. You can pull it out of course, but it's not coming out by accident.
