This isn't super easy to squeeze but I can at least do it. The other lighters where you have to hold a button with one hand and press with the other are completely useless to me. There should always be a choice of child proof or non child proof. Do they even realize there are people who have no kids and have arthritis or other issues?

Easy squeeze light is super!

I bought this for my 75 year old mother-in-law who used this daily from May through August to light incense. It was easier for her to squeeze than to use the trigger lighters that require pulling with a finger. It would have been a challenge for her to refill, to see in the clear plastic to see the fuel level, but I was able to help her and refilled it in seconds. It was very easy with the proper butane refill that is recommended beneath the lighter listing in Amazon. There was no issue regarding an "air bubble", it was simple to refill. After refilling, the lighter immediately worked, super simple. I bought a second one as backup until I can get to her home to refill any that become empty. I suspect my mother-in-law wouldn't be able to see the small valve needed to match up to the butane small hose that injects the butane. If you can assist someone with refilling once every 3 months, I'd highly recommend this lighter. Even if I couldn't refill it, it is so simple for her to use, I'd probably just buy her a new one every time, it is that simple and I haven't found a similar product.

After refilling, the lighter barely works. It cost too much to stop working. I don't appreciate not being able to select the color. I wanted blue, but was sent pink.

I bought this specifically for my mother who has arthritis. She couldn't squeeze enough to make it light. I could, but as I squeezed, I realized how hard it would be for my mother to use this. False advertising for an EZ-Squeeze product.

My husband has arthritis and cannot push the safety button on most lighters. This one is a hard squeeze but he is able to operate it without problems (pain).
