I had wanted wall-mount paper towel dispensers for quite awhile, but COVID-19 made them seem like an even better idea, so I began searching at Amazon, and reading reviews. Considering the much higher expense of some, and wanting to order (3) for two bathrooms and the kitchen, I took a chance on these... very low cost but mostly good reviews with customer photos depicting them as sturdy, and compact in size.So happy with the purchase!!!!! To be fair, installation was not the breeze first imagined, yet not difficult, just a tad tricky. While necessary hardware is included, written instructions require paying close attention to the illustrations. Two things the instructions do not include which would be helpful are:1) The sizing for the optional decorative panel insert -- product description photo shows this panel as 'blue', but it's actually a clear, empty 'window' with a slot on the back side for sliding in a paper strip of one's choosing.2) Directions on using a metal 'key' that comes in the hardware baggie. You kind of have to figure this out intuitively, but using the key makes opening and closing the unit much, much easier -- the key's prongs fit inside small slots on either side of the 'button' located at the top of the unit. To open unit, insert key into slots and press it down onto the button while simultaneously, yet gently pulling front of unit toward you. To close unit, repeat action in a similar manner, but reverse the direction.The only con to these dispensers for me is the logo which differs from what's shown in the product description -- It's not the inconspicuous "Kimberly-Clark" pictured , but a very loud 'Scott' in large gray letters, located front and center above the window. Completely ruins the aesthetic value, but like another reviewer, I'm going cover these up with a decorative sticker of some type.As for the paper towels, I purchased those recommended in the product description Kleenex Multifold Paper Towels (01890), White, 16 Packs / Case, 150 Tri Fold Paper Towels / Pack, 2,400 Towels / Case, and they fit perfectly, and dispense easily. Takes (2) to get really dry hands, but they're also great for a quick wipe up around the sink, etc. If you're seeking plush and luxurious, you'll be disappointed, but if you just want functionality, these do the job. Hubby and I like them a lot.

Works perfectly. Accommodates a full stack of paper towels and then some. Keeps them covered away from bugs and dust. I'm enjoying this already. Easy to dispense.

I was indecisive about which dispenser to choose so went with the lowest cost one I could find. I thought if it wasn't nice looking for the kitchen, I would put it in the bathroom or laundry room. But I will say that this one is very nice. It his thick plastic with a nice shiny surface and easy to load. I plan to put a cute sticker over it for decoration. The towels fit perfectly and dispense great also. (Will be posting a review on it also.) It is heavy duty plastic and easy to load. It was a little tricky putting the push button assembly together but just follow the directions for inserting it the right way according to the pics. I was a little worried about breaking the spring strip but it was fine. I bought 3 of these: one for the basement, one for the garage, and one for the sunporch. It makes chasing paper towel rolls that fall on the dirty floor a thing of the past. Easy to install, and the paper towels come out easily. Very handy for those quick cleanups in the yard and pet room. I'm using the Kleenex towels with it, but they're a bit thin. Would like to know of a replacement towel that is thicker and fits into the dispenser. Very pleased.

Buen producto, elegante y de tamaño para aprox 2 paq de 50 toallas.Atendiendo lo señalado en otros comentarios me fue fácil abrir y colocar.Referente a el nombre de la marca que es grande y azul y destaca en la decoración, lo resolví tallando "scott" sutilmente y con muchisimo cuidado con la uña y luego con una espatula y logré quitar todo la tinta azul. Ahora casi no se ve el letrero y al ser sutil el tallado no se rayo o lesionó la base. Me gusta como se ve

Purchased this for our office restroom. The smaller size does not overwhelm the small room. The white color is very clean looking (restroom is beige and white). Uses standard generic folded towels. Easy to remove front cover to replace towels. Cover snaps back solidly into place.

Excellent quality even though its plastic ... price point was very good for the product you get. Easy to install ... easy to load ... dispenses flawlessly ... you can print any picture at 8 3/4 x 2 1/2 for the display window ... nice feature.

Great product for our needs. Fit exactly in to the small space where we had to mount it. Many of the other products with similar functions were to wide for our space. I love that is mechanical and not battery operated. We have used it a week and are very happy. Delivery was exactly as promised. Thanks!!!

Overall it was a great purchase. Easy and simple to operate. It comes with a clear window and I was able to cut out a magazine picture and tape it on the inside and make it look awesome. Overall construction is plastic but for the price it is great quality. Makes it easy and convenient for the whole family since they don't have to deal with cutting sheets off a roll. I would recommend this to anyone trying to better organize their home. I have also noticed the family tends to use this a lot more than the bounty rolls which are more expensive. It is also easy to refill.

Mine came with a clear window and with the logo in the middle above the window. It is very compact and works great. It is very easy to fill but make sure you do not fill the paper dispenser all the way to the top because the weight of the towels and how compact the design is, makes it hard to get the towels out without ripping. The one I received looks like this one in the provided link;
