About the Alternator Noise

I was excited to get this replacement fast with next day shipping because I was in a bind and stranded. After the replacement part was installed the new part made a lot of noise. After further inspection of the pulleys And belt I came to the conclusion that the replacement alternator came with a bad bearing. I would have returned the product if I had the time but ended up salvaging the good bearing from the original alternator and swapping it over to the replacement part. A. 1 hr job turned into a 6 hour project.

The part did not work when installed and I couldn't return because window happened to close 2 days after installation. So no money no part no drive.
