I’ve loved the Kinvara since the 11. Don’t think they’ve made a perfect one since then but the 14 is pretty close. Plenty of ventilation and nice for runs or walks. If you like minimalist running shoes and want an alternative to Hoka’s flimsy Rincon series, this is a right shoe. Can go fast or easy pace. If you run in freezing areas this might not be for you due to the thin mesh upper.

I am a long time Saucani fan and have purchased a lot of their shoes. I recently purchased the Kinvara 14 and I couldn't wear them more than a few seconds. The corner of the seam at the bottom of the laces pushed into my foot where my top toe joint is and was unbearable. I thought it was a manufacturing defect return the shoes and ordered another pair. The same thing happened. I then ordered the 15 and have zero problems with them. I do note that how the border around the lacing is constructed is much different in the 15 from the 14.

I have worn Altra shoes for almost my entire running years and was reluctant to purchase a pair of shoes with a drop greater than zero. Well, after trying a few low drop, low weight, medium cushion shoes that were wide enough for my feet, the Kinvara 14 was the answer. 7oz with just the right cushion and softness for me. They are not as wide in the toe box as Altra but wide enough with a wide width. So far so good as I use them for daily runs and will try them for a 1/2 marathon in a week. The 4mm drop does not appear to be that significant.

Lifelong Saucony wearer and got the Kinvara 12 on a whim last year for shorter faster runs. Really loved them and got the 14's to replace them. Just as comfortable with a similar fit but better cushioning. I'm a neutral runner, been also using these for cross training workouts that have runs/sprints.

I am a 70 y-o male suffering mild arthritis and I like to run to keep my joints from seizing from inactivity. My toes especially the fat ones are particularly stiff. So a pair of comfortable shoes is really important for me.This Kinvera 14 has a soft sole that provides me with very good cushioning and I am able to enjoy my runs much more now - meaning my pace and duration has improved.I feel that it could do with better upper support and the heel cup could grip better. Also, grip on wet or damp surfaces could be improved.Overall, would I buy this again? Yes!

I have loved Kinvara minimal running shoes since they came on the market more than a decade ago. Lightweight and great comfort. Also phenomenal value for the money. The fit across any Saucony is 100% consistent. Super flexible and hold up well. Where they've raised the bar again is in their design. The shoe looks fantastic and has a subtle glitter under the mesh complimenting the base color. My wife just got the ladies pink ones and they're just as gorgeous! Love Saucony and LOVE Kinvara!

Lightweight, you can be on your feet all day & knees or feet don’t ache. I’m very particular about shoes, & I have nothing bad to say about these at all. Price was even better!

I've run in many iterations of the Kinvara, and the big takeaway here is that this shoe is much narrower than previous versions. I have gone through probably 6 pair of 12-13s and those fit comfortably in standard width. Foot girth is a concern for me, and I wear my running shoes very loose. I've found I'm prone to stress fractures and general discomfort with tight running shoes, particularly near the beginning of the toe box, basically where the laces start. As a result, I want the laces at those first few eyes to be as loose as the shoe allows. With this shoe, fully loose is still too tight. At 10-20 runs in they are finally loosening but I've dealt with hot spots on the top of my foot and discomfort with each run. The upper is also firmer than prior Kinvaras so there is less give. My advice is buy this in wide if you are concerned about narrowness. The problem there being that they can be difficult to find in wider sizes and colors can be very limited. The shoe performs well otherwise. Response is good and weight is good. My only other complaint would be that they are starting to go for this style trend with a very tall-sided sole. It gives them a Hoka-esque look that I don't like. It doesn't bother me much when actually used for running, but I tend to burn through running shoes quickly and then use them for casual shoes. For a casual shoe, I find that look a bit exaggerated and cartoonish.Overall, good as a light, responsive, low drop, running shoe. Too narrow and stiff with a poorer aesthetic, as compared to prior versions. Will need to run a bit more in them to decide if I'll repurchase.
