This is the best spreader knife. Serrated on one side. I keep several at a time.

I don’t see how a kitchen can be considered complete without a good spreader and this one does a great job. The handle has a slight texture so it is less likely to slip in a greasy or wet hand, one side of the blade is serrated so you can prepare the sandwich and cut it in half with the same tool and the blade has just the right amount of flex.

Unless you want wood handles, this should be the #1 choice, and stocked by amazon. sharp serrations, stainless, dishwasher safe.
