I was nervous about getting a small. I’m 6’ 180lbs, I tried on a classmates and they feel great. I like it snug. Having trained in traditional arts I dragged my feet over getting gloves and these are great when ya finally have to glove up. Another great product from the company.

The stitching connecting the stretchable fabric and the fabric itself don’t hold up well. I bypassed this with Kevlar stitching connecting the leather to leather which also gave me a tighter fit on my wrists and took away the hook and loop overhang that was also annoying, a win/win. Other than that the only other thing not great is that, as others have stated, the main padding is about half an inch too far back on the hand not the knuckles.

I love the battle forged series, these gloves are amazing and a vast improvement on the essential series, the core series is amazing too but these are definitely where it's at if you're training in mma
