The previous dispenser was metal and it chewed up the paper towels and was not easy to reload this paper towel works and is very easy to reload

Estuve cotizando estos despachadores en diferentes paginas y negocios físicos, y este fue el de mejor precio y con una buena calidad, viene con sus dos llaves es fácil de instalar y rellenar, el único detalle es que no trae tornillos ni taquetes para su instalación, pero no es nada que no puedas encontrar en cualquier ferretería.

It served its purpose but the paper towel rolls I purchased as per the company’s suggestion fit inside the holder but they are so large or heavy that it tends to get stuck in the feeder so that it doesn’t feed smoothly until the paper towel roll is about 25% used; then it feeds fine. Knowing this I use the roll outside the holder for a while until it’s down to about 75% left and then I place it in the holder. Will have to see if I can find rolls with a smaller diameter of paper.

Installation was easy, works as expected. Ladies are happy with new dispenser design, easy lever operation. No threading of new roll required. Just lift feed bar, place end of paper on roller, drop feed bar, and press lever a couple of times. Paper self threads.

This is an excellent multifold towel dispenser. The primary plus of this one is that the opening is not as wide as the towels to prevent towels from falling out and allowing one towel to be dispensed at a time. The second plus is its capacity. We place these in each of the four restrooms at our church. The last thing you want to happen is to run out during a busy weekend. We originally had some multifold dispenser when we purchase the building for our church but after the major remodel we install a different type of dispenser - a 'sofpull' dispenser that used round rolls of paper towels. These sofpull dispensers worked great except we were going through the rolls like crazy, faster than we expected and the cost per sheet was higher. The multifold towels are more economical but the dispensers (least the typical ones) tended to dispense a bunch of towels as the supply in the dispenser ran really low. These units do not have that problem. I also like the fact they are not opaque. You can if you look carefully see how much is remaining and if you need to resupply them. They should be fairly durable. While they are plastic, if they were metal you wouldn't be able to check on the supply of towels in each of them. We use the Georgia-Pacific Marathon brand of multifold paper towels at our local Costco (4000 sheets per box) with these dispensers and they work great.
