The magnet is very strong. You may want to rethink placing them on cars it was difficult for me to slide off far enough to pry it off. But your camera will likely stay stuck on, so YAY!

たいとるに記載の通り無茶苦茶磁力は強いです。ある程度強度のある厚めの鉄じゃないと変形しないかなと心配になるレベル（車では問題無いですがちょっとビビる）です。なので何かで落下するというこの手の製品で一番起こってはいけないことへの心配がなく安心して使えます。星1つ減らした理由は、ベースのゴムが開封から数日間は特有の匂いが結構きついのと、底面の磁石部分が薄いシートでカバーされてますが、そこがペコペコしててその内破れるか磁石が外れて飛び出さないか気になるという部分です。トータルして価格も高くなくよい製品かと思います

I put this on my BLF Lantern and it holds it well - Its extremely strong and durable. Honestly, I just bought this because I wanted to stick my lantern on stuff. If your going to buy this because you want to put it on car, I would trust it. The rubber coating has worked well for me and hasn't scratched up anything I put it on.If you look at my pictures - I stuck the 2lb BLF Lantern on the side of my fridge.

PROS: works as advertised, ball mount is good.CONS: magnet can pick up a car. Might be more than you need.I have a metal riser on my desk and I thought this would be a good way to mount a camera onto it. I had no clue this magnet is meant to attach expensive cameras to cars or Tom Cruise to an airplane or whatever it was originally designed for. The first time I put the magnet onto the riser it almost dented it because it is so powerful. I currently use an old CD between the metal riser and the magnet and I still have to fight to pull off the magnet. It's really freaking strong.

Just drove from Barcelona to Valencia and back, at an average speed of 170-180 Kph (approx. 105-110 Mph) and the mount never moved.I mounted a DJI Osmo Action w/ a fisheye lens to the magnet and placed it on the passenger side car roof, and closed the provided tether in the door of the passenger door (just in case 😉).With that said, I can only recommend you to buy this because this magnet is POWERFUL!! Tmount didn't even move and the tether, though precautionary, wasn't even needed! Awesome product 🤘

So really solid base..and I use it around the house with my KDD tablet holder. Wide base is stable and works great for non magnetic surface. If I use it on iron surface the magnet is super duper strong and as strong as I am is very hard to remove without a very hard yank. I bought the smaller base and will see how that one turns out.

The magnet is very strong but the mechanism is a little difficult to lock down so that it doesn’t move when put into position.
