  • 【Sturdy & Durable】 It's hard to break through as the lock cylinder of the bike lock is made of 0.24 inch zinc alloy. The thickness of the built-in chain is 6mm, and the heavy duty material makes the lock wear-resistant, rust-proof, cut-resistant , drill-resistant and anti-tech unlocking. It's flexible and easy to wrap around different object.
  • 【Scratch-Resistant Fabric Protection】The bicycle chain lock is wrapped by a high quality polypropylene fabric, which is scratch-proof and wear-resistant, anti-hot and anti-icing hands; it protects the chain and prevents it scratching your bicycle frame, long lifespan.

This is a hefty chain lock. Things I like about this lock:* Fabric sheath which doesn't mark the bike frame* Fabric also resists blades to an extent* Easy to set 4 digit combination lock* Back up key, just in caseThe length is good to wrap my bike with the common bike stands around the city.Recommend

This bike chain lock offers a solid mix of security and convenience. The 4-digit combination is easy to set and offers a good range of possible codes, which helps keep your ride safe. The additional feature of having two keys and a carabiner is a nice touch; it’s great to have options for unlocking the chain, especially if you prefer not to use the combination all the time. The 3.2-foot length is ideal for securing my electric scooter to various objects without feeling overly cumbersome. The heavy-duty construction feels reassuringly sturdy and should deter casual thieves. However, the lock does take up a bit of space when coiled up, which might be a consideration if you’re trying to travel light. One minor drawback is that the carabiner can be a bit finicky to use, especially if you’re in a hurry. But overall, this lock provides reliable security with the added convenience of dual unlocking methods. It’s a practical choice for keeping your scooter safe and sound.

Very strong bike chain with a nice lock to go with it, would be a good deterrent too as it’s thick and looks bulky, feels high quality and is much cheaper than the other options i have seen.

This combination/key chain lock is the perfect size for my bike. It's a bit heavy, but I'm a casual mountain bike and hybrid bike rider so I'm not worried about the weight. The materials are hefty and feel solid, and the lock seems decently constructed. The fabric covering was more rugged than I expected. Overall it looks good and feels tough - and that's important. No lock will keep your bike from being stolen; deterrence and inconvenience are the keys to making thieves leave your ride alone. This lock will do that as well as most on the market.I reprogrammed the combination which was easy following the included instructions. I checked the key function, which releases the lock on one side (see photos). I locked it and checked the combination, which releases the lock from the other side. Everything worked easily and the chain wrapped nicely around the top tube.See the photos to get an idea of the dimensions and how the lock works.

Not as strong as a Kryptonite or Abus bicycle lock but it's fine for casual use to "keep honest people honest." 1.5lbs is not too heavy of a chain for a kid to use. 4-digit number is easy to remember. And the fabric wrap protects the paint on the frame. My son rode his old bicycle around the area which is mostly safe, and to be honest, no one in their right mind would steal a beat up, no-name, hand me down, 1-speed bicycle. But now that he's getting bigger, we upgraded him to a $400 mountain bike. He LOVES the new bike. Now we worry that it might get stolen if left outside the store or at the park. This RYACO chain lock is mid-level. It's nowhere near the security level of an Abus or Kryptonite lock. It's just enough to act as a deterent for someone looking to grab the bike when it's unattended.Lastly, I appreciate the manual key for emergency unlocking if/when my kid forgets the combo.

I’ve been using this bike lock for a while, and I’m really happy with it. The lock can be opened using a 4-digit resettable combination, which is super convenient since there’s no need for keys. Plus, if you ever forget the code, you can always use the two mechanical keys provided to unlock it. This flexibility is a huge plus for me.The lock itself feels very sturdy. It’s made from solid steel and the chain is thick but still lightweight, making it easy to carry around. The chain is also flexible, which helps when locking my bike in different spots. My only concern is the plastic locking mechanism. While everything else seems durable, the plastic part feels like it could be a weak point compared to the metal chain. That said, it hasn’t been an issue yet. Overall, I think this is a great lock for the price and offers peace of mind when securing my bike.

Being a woman I know nothing about how good a lock chain is….but I know this one is heavy…and in my opinion that’s good….You can use the four number combination to unlock…or there are two keys and you can unlock that way….This also comes with two clips to attach to your bag or bike…The combination numbers turn very smoothly….A good deterrent for bike safety to stop bike getting stolen….Would recommend

OK for the price alone (£11.99), I wasn't expecting very much at all. However expectations vs reality can differ and in this case it has and in leaps and bounds too. This is a duel option bike lock, using either the 4 digit combination or a key to open, ideal if you have forgotten your code or if the weather is really cold and you want to keep your fingers warm.I'm no lock picking expert but gave it a go using the most popular methods found on YouTube. Honestly I could not do it and further more I could not feel, see or hear any difference when I turning the dials. Thief's tend to be opportunists and will always go for the easiest option available, locks serve as a deterrent as well as securing your goods. Personally I would always lock my bike in cleat view of the public, I would lock the bike to a secure object like a lamp post, I would also use a second lock as a further deterrent.I really like the lock, I really like the price and I would definitely recommend it.

This is a solid lock. Heavy duty, but not so heavy that it's going to drag my bike down. I'm very happy with the material around the chain too to stop it from getting cut. The lock itself works great and the length of the lock is long enough that it has never caused an issue with finding a place to lock up. Great lock!
