Tip: Insert air cushion into the cover. Inflate while the air cushion is in the cover but DO NOT OVER INFLATE. Proper inflation will result in a spongey feel. If it is hard you have over inflated.
In the summer, keeping your rig cool can be tough. And in the winter, keeping it warm can be just as difficult. While air conditioning units and heaters are terrific for this, they can only do so much. To help keep your rig at a more comfortable temperature, there are several things you can do. One of these steps to take is to cover the roof vent and skylight. These areas, while great in nice weather, can allow a good amount of heat transfer to occur. And if you're trying to keep your rig at a more stable temperature, they can really work against you. In order to fix this problem, you can bring along an RV vent insulator and skylight cover.
This RV Vent Insulator and Skylight Cover measures 14" by 14" and is 3 1/2" thick, fitting perfectly into a standard 14" by 14" vent or skylight space. The carrying handle makes it easy to carry and handle and the simple construction takes away any confusion. It has a foam body and removable cover with a soft feel to keep the heat or cold in, lowering your temperature costs and increasing your control over your RV's environment. There is also an option for a reflective layer on the top that helps to reflect the sunlight, further helping keep your rig cooler. With this simple piece, you can be more comfortable in your rig, save energy and money on temperature control, and be able to create a stable environment in your RV.
