If you have a Jeep CJ7, do not buy these. It shows they fit, but they do not! Please read reviews on other websites and read what Jeep owners are saying. You do not want these, trust me.

Was not that easy to install because of custom heavy duty frame. Self tapping screws did not work. The product is great a sturdy as I weigh 290 lbs.

The gauge metal is thinner that I expected, but still seem strong enough. The angle of the mounting surfaces doesn't match the frame of the Jeep (84 CJ7). So had to bend a bit to get flush mounted. The instructions tell you what size holes to drill for the self-tapping bolts. Go two sizes up or you'll never get the bolts in. They don't fit the hole size called for.
