I recommend this UMAY 16 Level Adjustable Resistance Rowing Machine, it is Ultra Quiet and suitable for the entire Family. This Rowing Machine is extremely portable and easy to Store in an upright position. The design makes use of two rollers on the heavy end and when you tilt the light end of the rails forward the Rower rolls like a Two wheeler. Once in the area you want to Store it in it supports itself by the weighted balance and it takes up very little space. My Wife and I use this Rower Daily, I am 6'1" and weigh 285 lbs. and the rowing is smooth, quiet and there is plenty of resistance and many Levels more for my use. My Wife can follow right behind me using the rower and there is no need for changing positioning of anything other than just Adjusting the Knob to the Level of Resistance she wants to use. We are Seniors and when are grandchildren visit we supervise them using the Rowing Machine and they love it as well. I have physical limitations and other types of exercise are not possible for me but this Rowing Machine is helping to strengthen my back and Core muscles and the rowing is also starting to help with improving my balance when I am walking. The reason I deducted 1-Star from the rating is for the Setup Instruction Booklet. The Booklet contains pictures of the hardware and how to position the components as you assemble them but the illustrations need to have some Blow Up Sections to show exact position of Bolts, Screws and washers in relation to the Component you are working with. There are segments of the Booklet that are well done, like the Illustration and Numbers for each piece of hardware and they do have Screws with the proper washers stacked on them and then Plastic wrapped to a Card with part Numbers on them. There are 2 Tools included Hex Wrench with Phillips Head End and a Flat Wrench for tightening Bolts, these are very useful. Overall the packaging is well done but the Instruction Booklet needs improvement.It took me about 2 Hours to complete assembly, it may only take 45 minutes to an 1 Hour for more physically able individuals. This UMAY Rowing Machine is an excellent piece of exercise equipment, it is physically challenging and rewarding. It is a pleasure to work with equipment that works with you, so smoothly and quietly. I really enjoy using it. My Wife and other Family members are enjoying it as well. Finally, an exercise machine that will be used and not double as a clothes rack in the future..

I'll admit that, for the price ($99.99 today with a $20 off coupon), I wasn't expecting a lot out of this machine, but it's actually darned good! My husband and I have been working on building up our home fitness equipment and really committing to exercising together. We both really enjoy the workout we get with this squat machine! It's adjustable, so works for both his 5'9 and my 5'0 frames - a rarity, in our experience!Out of the box, it was very easy to put together. The machine is lightweight, which sounds like it should be a bad thing, but its overall construction is such that the lightness of the materials doesn't seem to negatively impact its functionality at all. It folds up nicely and is VERY easy to move - even for a smaller person.As for its function, it helps to maintain form while making the squat motion; it'd be very difficult to hurt oneself using this squat machine. While in use, the parts move smoothly - no wobbling or squeaking. Without the tension ropes, it's not much of a workout, but with them, you get a nice all-over 'burn'. It's far exceeded our expectations!The tension roLove it, durable, great value for the money and works very well. Easy assembly.

Received it fast - packaged well - easy to put together - most of it was already put together so that was nice - easy instructions- the only issue was the tension bands were clicked on as instructed but the first 2 squats one band snapped off the loop that held it —so that was disappointing— I’m just using without the bands — too much hassle to return and it actually feels like a good workout without using the bands.*** update the company reached out to me and wanted a short video of what happened. I sent it to them and they replied really fast offered me a replacement or a full refund. I didn’t have to send the machine back and I got a full refund right away very happy with the customer service they gave me.

I absolutely love this UMAY rowing machine! It is so much fun to use, I keep going even longer than the time I set for myself! Especially when I distract myself with a video by setting up my tablet on the display holder. It’s such a great workout, too. I can feel it in almost every muscle of my body – my legs, my arms, my back, my chest, and my core. And it’s great cardio, too.It came with fairly decent assembly instructions and was pretty straightforward to set up. I did a few things differently than the instructions said, such as attaching the seat onto the roller plate before sliding it onto the track (just made more sense). All of the parts were there and everything went together as it should.The seat glides on the track smoothly and quietly and the flywheel rowing mechanism has a great pull and snap at the end of the movement. I keep working with the resistance to get it just right so it’s not too hard that I give up, but it’s not too easy so I get a great workout.It doesn’t really even take up that much space in my room. The business end of the rower is really only a few feet long. It’s just the track that comes out further, and that can be tilted up on end so it can tuck away in a corner. The machine is well-constructed of solid, durable materials. I’m quite impressed by the quality of it.My only disappointment is the comfort level of the seat. Or lack thereof. I think I’ll have to upgrade that at some point. Also, the seat is low to the ground, and may be difficult to get on and off if someone has knee issues. Otherwise, this is a great rowing machine and I just love to use it!
