2" is the minimum. I got 4" lift from them and can still go higher on a 2005 Avalanche 2wd

Best ones, ride quality depends how much you torque them up. If you put them all the way up it’s going to ride bad. You don’t need much to get a truck level. You should also pick up shock extenders for any shocks you will avoid stiffness. I had billestien shock and it was stiff until i got shock extenders it fixed that. They fit like oem. Lift capacity i’m sure you’d be find just like oem

The kit was complete with everything needed to level the Avalanche 1500. The vehicle drives as good as it did before the level kit was installed. Great value and solid product

Installed these 2” lift keys on my already lifted 06 Z71. I have a 7” lift with 35s but the tires rubbed on turns so after installing these there’s no longer rubbing. I adjusted the keys so that the CVs aren’t maxed out and it rides great! Easy install with the proper tools. They are powder coated a nice gloss black smooth finish too.

Easy to install and looks great. Ride seem completely normal beside the fact it feels as if my truck is floating, its a weird feeling. The entire front end was rebuilt so no old parts and a fresh alignment was done after the install some. Other than that it’sa good product.

This kit does exactly what it says it will do. Once installed my front end was sitting a good two inches higher with room to go higher. Watching the installation video you'd think you'll have these installed in a half hour. My guess is the installation video was made on a southern truck that has not lived 15 years in New York getting salt baths every winter. Before you install these you will want to spray everything with PB blaster, the adjusting bolts, the keys where the torsion rod goes into and the lower control arm where the other end of the torsion rod goes into. If your truck has a bit of rust on it you could be in for a very long installation. In order to install these into my truck I had to use an air hammer on both ends of the torsion rod moving it back and forth until it became free from the lower control arm. Once the torsion rod was free of the control arm the air hammer was needed to force the torsion rod out of the key. After a lot of hammering without any movement I had to heat the old keys with an oxyacetylene torch until they were glowing red in some spots. Only after heating the keys was I able to air hammer the torsion rods out. Now once the old keys were off the new ones slipped right on easy as could be and it all went back together easily. So after about 4 hours, most of that hammering on the ends of the torsion rods my truck sits nice and high in the front. Again, the Rough Country keys are of very high quality and do exactly what they say they will do, just be aware that if you live in the northeast your install may be a little more than you can do in your driveway.

Took me two days to get this kit in. Not rough country's fault since mine were rusted in badly. Just some advice however is to heat the factory keys up nice and hot and spray them with some lube a few days prior. They are a pain but they give my truck a nice level and more aggressive look.
