For its price, I’m impressed with the quality of this stand. It is well-built and sturdy. It stays where it is placed and doesn’t feel wobbly at all. I like the feel of the pedal and it doesn’t produce any extraneous noise. Adjustments to the hi-hat are easy and secure. I am only a casual drummer, so for my use I am satisfied with this hi-hat stand.

These are some meaty cymbal stands, but they are not super heavy and overbuilt. The tubes are thick and heavy, and the bases are sturdy as a rock. I trust these cymbal stands to keep my cymbals from falling over and to carry the weight of them. I use heavier and larger cymbals so having stands that will hold up is a top priority for me.The double-braced legs keep the stand from wobbling, and the 3 sections allow the stand to pack small. The clamps are easy to tighten and the metal construction gives me confidence that they won’t fail. Memory locks are included, they have a single notch that will lock in place. I noticed the top memory locks need a bit of force to lock in.The clamp design leaves a bit to be desired. The cymbal sections have a bit of play when extended out but they do not slip up or down. I cannot notice the wobble when playing, but I am not a heavy hitter and don’t smash my cymbals. The boom collapsing helps with travel, and the hinge has gears that lock into positions. The boom stand sections feel very light as if either plastic or sintered material was used. Nuts and felts are included, I recommend getting wool felts (If you know, you know), but apart from that everything works great.I use this for my crashes up front (21” and 19” ~ 2000g each) and the stands are sturdy.

This hi-hat stand is very sturdy. All locking points are secure when tightened, but they turn easily to make adjustments. It feels solid and heavy-duty. Doesn't slide around, isn't tippy.Finish on all surfaces is even.Doesn't squeak when used. Smooth movement. The only issue I had - for which I deducted a star - is that assembly was difficult due to the internal rods being difficult to join to screw together, as they're each already attached inside their respective tubes. Getting them to meet, internally, was a rather random process. Instructions for this procedure would be helpful for novices.

This is a super sweet set of cymbal stands for sure! Nice alliteration, right? Lol! They were simple to assemble and get set up within minutes and definitely provide very stable and secure support from the adjustable bases. They are also easy to adjust and have been working great for me with strongly locked consistency after many sessions. Overall, I am very pleased with this product, so it earns my five star blessing and recommendation all the way!

Full disclosure: I am not a drummerI keep a drum kit in my music room to facilitate jamming and to make band practice easier for my drummer. This high-hat stand, according to my drummer, is an upgrade to the one I had. More stable, sturdier, stronger. So I will probably sell the old one to reduce clutter, and this will be part of my kit going forward.
